About

Terence (Terry) Pilicy is a native-born Arizonan with a love of natural landscapes and wildlife. He spends his free time hiking the hills around Prescott and kayaking in our beautiful lakes. When not outdoors, Terry is often found with his nose in a book and a cat on his lap. He is guided by a passion for supporting others both professionally and personally.

Terry began his work in the helping professions in group homes and shelters for children and adolescents. While this work was both fun and rewarding, Terry had a desire to do more. Terry earned his master’s degree in counseling from Northern Arizona University. He has refined his skills through work at the Veteran’s Administration and in community mental health. He is trained in in a variety of evidence-based modalities and techniques.

He continues to pursue on going education and training. Terry embodies a nonjudgmental/accepting world view with the formation of his new practice Mental Mending Counseling. Terry hopes to support and facilitate changes with those desiring to improve their lives.

Contact

Mental Mending Counseling is out of business and not accepting new clients. If it is necessary to contact me, you can reach me via my cell phone at (928)899-0251 or by email at mentalmendingcounseling@gmail.com. Email is the most likely way to get a hold of me. Medical records will be held for six years after the last date of service if the client was an adult during therapy. If the client was a minor, files will be held for six years after the last date of care or until the client is 21 years old, whichever date is longest.

It has been a pleasure serving you as a therapist, and I hope you are living the dream.
